- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in shipping.
- Depending on the circumstances, refunds may be issued in the following forms:

- Partial Refund: A portion of the purchase amount will be refunded, usually in cases where the product is returned with minor damage or missing accessories.
- Prepaid Credit: Instead of a monetary refund, you may be offered prepaid credit to be used on our platform for future purchases.
- We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. However, please allow 14 days for us to inspect the returned product and initiate the refund. The actual time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
